Real training does not consist in pushing people to accumulate knowledge, but to better use the knowledge they already possess.
This is what separates it from teaching.Knowledge alone hardly enables anybody to become more effective. Instead, we emphasize vigilance, sharp reflexes building, and real time situational appraisal.
This is why we have polished up during our 19 years of existence concepts which are both powerful and intuitive, and resonate in the mind of our audiences.
We make sure they can be used in the heat of the moment.This is also the reason why all of the ADN consultants have significant “hands down on” operational experience: they know what it takes to work under pressure or in emergency situations.
Therefore we make sure to build up for our clients clear and simple methodologies that can be used immediately. -

In other words, we sell management to managers ; we sell salesmanship to salespeople…How do we achieve this?

- We highlight the increase of satisfaction and decrease of fatigue that they bring about, on top of improving efficiency.
Questioning one’s own attitudes and behaviour, changing habits, require a considerable effort.
In order to obtain this, we make sure that everyone feels that the methods and techniques we promote have been custom designed for them.
This is why we go to great lengths to get familiar with our clients’ sphere of business. We thoroughly look into their markets,
products, environment and culture. -
We know that what really matters is not what we say during training or consulting sessions, but what our clients say to themselves.
We promote this positive ”self talk” with specific group facilitation techniques that emphasize self discovery of the needed changes, and visualisation of their implementation, instead of mere intellectual understanding.
Again this separates training from teaching, and makes the difference between an interesting seminar and effective training. -
Upon request, we can build training systems, custom designed to help our clients to reach their specific operational objectives.
If for example the objective is to raise the service quality standards of a retail network, we will design a training system that will coordinate sales, staff ; store manager’s and retail manager’s roles.
If the priority is to increase the transformation rate instead, the training system will be different. -
We are well aware that training is not the only answer to the need for performance.
It must be combined with process improvement and project development.
This is why we have developed audit and consulting services to help you. We can offer them as standalone services or combine them with training. -
